It starts from when kamini stops Anika from doing rasam & Shivaay ask her to go inside.
In shivika’s room
Anika Is searching for something and whole room is messed up

Shi:prinku is pregnant
She stops and clap thrice

She breaks down on floor crying Shivaay try to console her but she become unconscious.

He lays her on bed and calls doctor

Dr: she fainted because of stress in pregnancy. If she get hyper again then we can lose her

She leaves
Shivaay gets a flashback

While collecting proof against kapoors they went in outskirts of city while returning their car broke down so they took a room in hotel. Where Shivaay order milkshakes which got exchanged with alcohol. They got drunk.
Anika starts laughing

Next day Shivaay woke up & see Anika. He remember last night incidents and smiles. After Anika wakes up and remember incidents & blushes. They don’t speak or talk anything. They got ready leaves without making any contact.

In hall pinky ask Anika to get engagement ring. She goes & is about to slip when OmRu hold her

She goes ignoring him. Media questions her and blames to break Shitia’s relation. She couldn’t able to bear it and goes in.

She feels pain in her belly

Shiv comes but she jerks him away.

He lift her forcefully & rushes out by the time she has fainted
