Patiala Babes 26th August 2019 Written Episode Update

Biji decorates veil/chunri for Babita’s wedding and scolds Dadaji for not helping her. Dadaji taunts she has gone old. NB supports Dadaji and says he is young by heart. Biji says she will take her brother’s side always and says Punjabi wedding is incomplete without this chunri. NB says a saas is preparing chunri for bahu, it is so emotional moment. Biji says Babita is her daughter. Their emotional discussion continues. Babita and HS walks on street when Khatri stops them and shows his wedding package. HS angrily scolds him. Khatri reverts back and asks what is his and Babita’s age, sweet 30s, slaps a boy and scolds to think of love story once he is of their age. He taunts Babita that instead of searching alliance for Minnie, she herself is thinking of marrying, anyways

its her choice and they both are free to dream; walks away saying Minnie gave him deal to manage wedding, so he is going to book orchestra. Babita asks HS why didn’t he confront Khatri. HS says it is waste to say him anything. Babita returns home and scolds Minnie for hiring Khatri for managing her wedding. Minnie says Khatri himself offered package, so she couldn’t deny him. Babita warns not to hire Khatri and to take Laala’s help instead. Minnie agrees and continues chatting when HS enters and says Minnie will handle everything, she need not worry; jokes that it would be very exciting if she would hire Khatri for event management. Mickey enters and says panditji is waiting to find wedding muhurath.

Pandit checks HS and Babita’s kundalis and asks Mickey and Minnie if they gave their parent’s kundali by mistake. Minnie shows they are prospectus bride and groom. Pandit asks why they are marrying at this age. Minnie warns him to mind his business and find wedding date, else leave. Mickey asks Pandit too find date soon if he wants dakshina/fees. Pandit asks to give him some time. Minnie continues fuming. HS walks aside with Babita and says he will trash Pandit for insulting them, they are bride and groom and not parents. Babita says Pandit didn’t say anything wrong, she is Minnie’s mother and Khatri’s taunts are also right. HS tries to cheer her up and says better they can start live-in relationship. She scolds what rubbish, what will people say. HS says why to bother about people and sings Kuch To Log Kahenge Logon Ka Kaam Hai Kehna…song. He continues and says he just wants to cheer her up and wants to see her always smiling.

Minnie hires beauticians. Babita sees beauty products and what is all this. Minnie says beauty products and these are best beauticians, Preet found them. She asks Babita to just relax and choose whatever she wants to as she should look best. Beautician says Babita’s skin is very radiant and she will glow more with their makeup. Babita walks into room with them. They start her manicure and discuss that Minnie not to make her mother feel embarrassed and to make her feel relaxed. Babita says Minnie is not only her daughter, but her best friend. They continue that she is very lucky that her daughter is arranging her marriage, marriage doesn’t happen at this age in Patiala and it is unusual for them, when she took divorce, etc. Babita reminisces Khatri and Pandit’s bitter words and walks out of room angrily. Beauticians walk behind her and request to complete her makeup. Minnie asks Babita what happened. Babita says she doesn’t need all this and asks beauticians to leave. Minnie seeing Babita’s adamancy also asks them to leave.

Precap: Minnie returns from college and feels embarrassed seeing HS feeding pizza to Babita. Babita says she did not prepare food today, so HS ordered pizza.
